Overnight lenses
You wear overnight lenses while sleeping and remove them in the morning. During an examination, we assess whether overnight lenses are suitable for your eyes.
Overnight lenses temporarily change the shape of the cornea. This often allows you to see during the day without glasses or contact lenses. The animation shows how this works.

Are overnight lenses suitable for me?
This depends on factors including your prescription, the shape and health of your cornea and your daily routine. During an examination, we assess what is possible and what you can expect.
How should I wear and care for them?
Follow the wearing schedule and care instructions agreed for your lenses. Clean and disinfect them with the recommended products. Do not use tap water on your lenses or lens case.
Overnight lenses also carry a risk of eye infection. If you experience pain, redness or sudden loss of vision, remove your lenses and contact your contact lens specialist or a doctor immediately.
Why are check-ups necessary?
We check how the lenses fit, how your cornea responds and how you see without lenses. This helps us assess whether the lenses need adjusting. Regular check-ups remain important even if the lenses feel comfortable.
